2017/18 Performance Price List

Our prices range depending on how long, and how ‘big’ of a show you require. We’re happy to perform a shorter show with fewer performers for more intimate events, or bring out the ‘Spectacular! Spectacular!’, including Pyrotechnics, Propane Canons and Flame Effects, for our larger clients.  The below pricing is a rate guideline, and can be adapted and combined to create a show specific to your requirements and budget. Festival Roving In Character and Crowd Interaction
Stilting, juggling, unicycling etc. (generally 3- 30 min sets)		 $350
Children’s Area Activity
(Giant Bubbles, facilitating Flow Zone play area, etc)		 $200/hour
 LED light prop performance (nightclubs, dance parties, large events) Starting from $150
15 min Fire dance Show* (requires minimum two persons for safety) Starting from $500
 30 min Daytime interactive comedy/juggling stage show- the Mighty Quinn! Starting from $700
30-45 min Theatrical Fire stage show with Flame Effects, Theatrical Pyrotechnics, Propane Cannons Starting from $4000
 Weekend Music Festival performance Starting from $200

A’La Carte Fire Show add on– for any festival or event that has booked two or more roving performers, we can add an attention grabbing 15 min fire show for an additional $300.00

Travel costs are required for performances outside the Central Island region.

* A 15 min fire performance equates to about 5 songs and 5 different fire or LED props.
– Indoor Large Flame Fire Performance, you must carry festival/event insurance that covers fire dancing.
– 50% non-refundable deposit always due upon booking to secure date.  Balance is always due upon our arrival at the Event.
– VestaFire uses Paypal invoicing for incredibly easy booking and payment!  We can be extremely busy, with multiple booking requests on the weekends- especially during the summer season.  When we accept your booking deposit, we are then committed to YOU and will turn down other requests for paid appearances.
